Join a cohort of non-profit and municipal leaders working through concrete steps to move equity work forward in your agencies. Experts from the Wayside Equity Training Center will facilitate 10 sessions that will take you through a practicum curriculum designed to promote Diversity, Equity and Inclusion organizational change. Sessions will consist of instruction as well as time to learn from each other. You will have the opportunity to work through an action plan designed for your agency.
