MetroWest school districts that participated in the 2025 MetroWest Adolescent Health Survey were recently invited to apply for one-time grants of up to $20,000 to address health needs identified in the survey data. Grants will support policy and programmatic changes at the middle and high school levels to address the needs of each district's student population.
This grant program aligns with priorities identified in the foundation's 2026-2031 Strategic Plan, which calls for pairing investment in key community data sets with increased support for partners to interpret findings, learn from them, and take action. The foundation has underwritten the MetroWest Adolescent Health Survey since its inception in 2006.
