The Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) has reopened the MA Repay: Human Service and Home Health Worker Student Loan Repayment Program and has modified eligibility requirements.
Applicants are now eligible to apply regardless of income level. Applicants who earn less than 50% of their area median income (AMI) will still be granted preferential scoring, along with other criteria for granting preference to applicants, if the number of individuals eligible for loan repayments exceeds the available funding.
Applications will close at 11:59 PM EST on March 13 or once the award amounts requested by applicants reach approximately twice the available award funding for this program, whichever comes first. Individuals who submitted their applications prior to February 14 will not need to resubmit their applications. If individuals registered (and received a unique application link) prior to February 5, but have not started or finished their applications, they may complete and submit their applications using their unique application link.
