Rebecca Donham
Senior Program Officer
Rebecca serves as a Senior Program Officer of the foundation. In this capacity she is responsible for initiatives that improve the capacity of area organizations to provide health services and in the monitoring of grantee effectiveness. Rebecca coordinates the foundation’s Health Leadership Program and the biennial MetroWest Adolescent Health Survey. Prior to joining the foundation, she served as Program Officer at the Crossroads Community Foundation in Natick, Massachusetts, and Program Associate at Associated Grant Makers. Her career also includes development positions at two nonprofit organizations in Philadelphia. Ms. Donham received her B.A. from Haverford College, and M.P.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
